Our Value Advisory practice was developed to support our Valuation practices. We have found that in many cases, when a valuation is concluded and a Fair Market Value is derived, it may differs from the expectations of the principal(s) or has fallen short of the required value.
As part of every valuation, we identify key value drivers of the business or assets being valued and the value drivers inherent in the industry as a whole.
